Cancellation Policy

• Sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the session time.
• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

• Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only in special cases where services cannot be delivered.
